User will furnish our staff a List of Friendly Domains and senders address on Newsletters that they consider safe from Spam. Our staff will then install spam Blocker on your mailbox.

User Maintenance

The user Maintenance is all preformed by the user, and accomplished by sending an e-mail to them selves with instructions in the Subject. Please send the Message from Outlook, Outlook Express, Browser Mail or other Mail Client in Plain Text with only the Subject Lines Below (No Body of Message or Signatures).

a) List Senders in the subject will cause server to send you an e-mail with the senders addresses that are in the pending Messages. This will allow you to Accept any that you may feel you want to read.

b) Deny Johndoe@shipleysystems.com in the subject, will add John Doe to your Deny List and you will not be bothered by him again.

C) Accept suzy222@shipleysystems.com in the subject, will add Suzy222 to your Accept list, retrieve her message from the pending folders and put in your inbox. All future mails from her would come in unless you Later Deny Her.

Any other changes to the configuration must be made by the Programmers at ShipleySystems, LLC.
