ShipleySystems Tech Support We have Developed a Customer Internet Set Up CD. This CD will make or repair any problems with your Dial Up Connection. By answering about 4 or 5 simple questions any one can hook up their own internet or Repair their connection. All Internet Customers are encouraged to stop and Pick up their Free Copy. We have also placed many Technical Support Pages, and Other Utilities on the CD. You can also Download the ShipleySystems Internet Setup Wizard by clicking ShipleySystems Internet Setup Wizard. Outlook and Outlook Express Error Codes Our Staff offers Tech Support on Internet Connections, Hardware, Software, Networking, Web Hosting and Web Design from 9:00 Am to 5:00 Monday through Friday and 9:00 Am to Noon on Saturday. We also offer Support and Maintenance Agreements on Computer systems, Software and Networks. We do not Typically Charge for short Phone Calls dealing with Internet Connection Configuration or E-Mail Problems. We do furnish the Internet Set-up the first time for free, but if a customer purchases a new computer from anyone other than us, we will charge the standard published setup fee to install on customers new computer. We do however charge for other support items whether by phone or in person, the fees range between $50.00 per hour and $75.00 Per Hour depending on the type of support Needed.
