If not See Can't Connect to Internet Most Common Problem: Run Outlook or Outlook Express. On the Top Pull Down Menu click on the Word Tools, Then Click On the Word Accounts in the Pull Down Option Listing. Click on the E-mail Account ShipleySystems, then click the Button Labeled Properties to the Right. Then go to the Tab Labeled General and Insure that you Have a Valid Shipleysystems.com (Or a Hosted Domain) email address in the E-Mail Address. We only provide out bound mail for customers of our dialups and our Hosted Domains. Failure to have a valid address here will give you an error of 550 Relaying Denied to your outlook.
